Take clients from signed contract to confident daily use: configuration, data migration, training and support.
You are the bridge between our platforms and the finance teams who use them. You will configure systems for each client, move their opening balances and history across, train their staff, and be the first line of support once they are live. A background in finance-company operations, accounting or audit matters more here than coding.
What you will do
- Run implementations: gather requirements, configure products, roles and approval chains
- Prepare and validate data migrations (opening trial balances, customers, loans, staff)
- Train client users and write clear, practical guides
- Handle support requests, reproduce issues and work with engineering on fixes
- Collect feedback that shapes the product roadmap
What we are looking for
- 2+ years in a finance company, microfinance bank, accounting firm or finance-software role
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping, reconciliations and approval workflows
- Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail
- Clear communicator, comfortable training groups and working on client sites in Lagos
Nice to have
- Knowledge of CBN guidelines for finance companies or microfinance banks
- Familiarity with IFRS 9, payroll statutory deductions or VAT/WHT
- ICAN, ACCA or similar qualification (completed or in progress)
