One portal for a multi-branch church: members and cell houses, every income point, a 9-digit GL with fund accounting, payroll and church-run NGO foundations, all scoped by region and branch.

Dashboard: cash, income, members and the items needing attention, each clicking through
ChurchCore runs a church with many branches from one system. The structure is the church’s own: organisation, regions, branches, departments and sections, zones and cell houses, all created by the church rather than fixed in code. Membership covers households, first-timer follow-up, milestones, transfers between branches, shared and visiting members, duplicate detection and merge, and consent and pastoral restrictions. Attendance is recorded once per service, branch and date, with volunteer rosters and children’s check-in with pick-up codes.
Giving starts from unlimited income points (tithes, offerings, thanksgiving, building projects, missions and more). Receipts carry unique references, offering count sheets need two people to verify them, and pledges, projects and giving statements are built in. Underneath sits a 9-digit general ledger with fund accounting: every journal balances in total and per branch, restricted funds stay restricted, and the consolidated statements eliminate inter-branch transfers. Payment vouchers pass three approval levels with WHT and escalation for large amounts, requisitions are checked against budget, and bank reconciliation, period lock and year-end close are included. Payroll applies PAYE under the Nigeria Tax Act 2025, pension, NHF and NSITF, with loans and tithe at source.
Church-run NGO foundations each get their own restricted fund, bank and GL accounts, programmes, beneficiaries, donors and grants. Every user is scoped to the organisation, a region or a branch, with 15 role templates, delegation and segregation of duties. A locked access-key gateway sits in front of the whole portal, with a welcome panel that explains how staff obtain their key and sign-in details. Moving off an old system is controlled too: ten CSV templates (members, cells, staff, vendors, opening balances, assets, loans, pledges, attendance and departments) are uploaded by the system administrator, validated automatically, then by the accountant and the auditor, before anything reaches the live books, and staged data is locked against tampering. Every dashboard figure drills down to the records behind it. Version 2 was tested with more than 900 automated API, migration and browser checks, and benchmarked on a 40-branch, 60,000-member church.
