A complete white-label operations platform for a heavy-equipment rental business, now in its second version. Availability-first booking blocks machines already committed for the dates a customer wants; quotes convert to bookings and can be printed or emailed; credit limit and blacklist checks run automatically on new bookings, with an admin override. Packages/kits book a whole crew’s worth of equipment at one rate, prep/QC checklists run at checkout and check-in per category, and serial-numbered items carry a replacement value so a lost item bills correctly rather than needing a manual adjustment. Security deposits post to a real liability account and apply to the invoice automatically; damage waivers, rush fees, delivery/haulage, operators and crew, and consumables all bill correctly on the same invoice. The finance side now includes fixed-asset capitalisation with monthly straight-line depreciation, disposal/write-off with gain or loss posted, void-invoice and reverse-payment (both audit-logged with a reason), and manual invoices for jobs with no booking behind them. Every client gets their own logo, brand colour and company details — flowing through the sign-in page, sidebar, printed invoices and invoice emails sent over the portal’s own SMTP client.
